1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
Please contact us before sending any product back so we can provide you with the return instructions.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
The refund amount includes the full product price.

3. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will gladly send you a replacement product once the original item has been returned.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

4. Shipping Costs
All return and exchange shipping costs are fully covered by us, regardless of the reason.
We will provide you with a prepaid return label for your convenience.

5. Warranty
All thermal imaging scopes come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or modifications.

6. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact our support team at wilaiwan@texaventllc.shop with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Ship the product back to us using the provided label.
Once received, we will process your refund or send out the replacement product.
